Handpiece repairs - Updated protocol

Good morning everyone,

With the purchase of some new handpieces in the business and the need to repair some of the older handpieces that have recently been flagged in the clinics, we wanted to clarify the process on how to book repairs for the Managers.

All the new Kavo handpieces

(Under warranty) we will send these to the Hayes Small Equipment (Previously Handpiece hotline). This will allow us to complete repairs under warranty (if applicable).

For booking in with this company:

  1. Follow this link to complete the online form Hayes Small Equipment -https://trusted.my.site.com/hayes/s/repair-request-page
  2. They will send via an email confirmation and a postage label to the email you provided.
  3. Print the label, place the handpiece in a box and a courier will collect it (organised by Hayes Small Equipment).

For older handpieces, Please send them to Handpiece Headquarters:

1. Print the attached repair form in this email and complete details web-order-form.pdf

2. Box up the handpiece and cut the "Reply paid" label off the repair form and attach to the box. 3. *call *them on 1300 101 404 for a FREE courier collection.
