How send patient a review request

1) You need to open up a Google chrome browser and click the My Practice Portal shortcut.

If its not there then enter one of the following link into the address bar on the chrome browser:

Sunshine: 10.170.1.20:8080

Gisborne: 192.168.0.5:8080

Port Melbourne: 10.150.1.55:8080

Toorak: 10.140.1.3

Templestowe: 10.141.1.99:8080

2) Click on the Send Review & Post Ops icon

3) Click on the date you want to action. So if its today's patient then click on today's date

4) In the Send Reviews column you click on either the SMS button or Email button (G = Google review & W = Womo review). Note: If a patient has a GMAIL account then the system automatically sets the option to write a review in Google. But for all other patients, then it defaults to Word of Mouth (WOMO) which is another platform for patients to write reviews.

Other features:

If the patient didn't have a good experience, then please click on the Remove From Review button as the reviews for today will be sent automatically.

If you want to delay the system from sending the reviews to that particular patient, then write something in the textbox and click on the update button. When they are ready then delete the words from the text box and click on Update.

If the patient comes back for additional appointments or 6 month recalls, they would have already been sent a review and their name will be highlighted in DARK GREEN and NO buttons available. This is to prevent sending them multiple requests. HOWEVER, if they didn't action the Review request and we want to make that option available again in the My Practice Portal, then here is the step:

1) Go to Ultimo > Select patient or search patient > Click on Family > Double click on the mobile phone area

2) You will see in the School Name section there is the text 'Review Sent'. Just delete this and save.

3) In addition, you also need to check in Commlog and locate the entry that has EMAIL 'Dental Service Review Request'

Delete this entry by double clicking on the line entry and on the bottom left corner in the email there is a DELETE BUTTON.
